Adam Christian

Adam Christian is a Managing Director in Baker Tilly's Municipal Advisory practice with 18 years of experience advising state and local governments on the funding, financing, procurement, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects. His experience spans public transportation, airports, ports, higher education, broadband, civic infrastructure, and transit-oriented development.

Adam advises clients throughout a project’s lifecycle, from initial business case development, financial feasibility analysis, and funding strategy to procurement, transaction structuring, and negotiations with private-sector partners. He has particular expertise in public-private partnerships (P3s), federal infrastructure funding programs, real estate value creation, and innovative financing strategies.

Over the course of his career, Adam has helped public agencies secure more than $2.5 billion in discretionary grant funding and has advised on some of the Western United States' most significant transportation and public infrastructure initiatives. He focuses on helping agencies advance complex capital programs, leverage diverse funding sources, and deliver transformative projects that support long-term economic growth and community mobility.
