With over 15 years of experience in public finance, Jose began his career on the issuer side, spending a decade at the California School Finance Authority managing facilities finance programs for K-14 entities, before transitioning into public finance investment banking.
Jose holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Long Beach, and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
