Managing Director, has over 20 years of experience in public finance as an investment banker and municipal advisor, with deep expertise across a broad range of municipal finance sectors, including general fund backed credits, public power, water, sewer, and beyond. His past bond transactions for the City includes Lease Revenue, Tidelands, Airport, Water, and Sewer. He has participated in more than $20 billion of financings, including significant transactions for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, State of California, State of California Public Works Board, City of Los Angeles, Southern California Public Power Authority, Los Angeles Community College District, and University of California Regents. Mr. Le began his career in venture capital and cardiology research before transitioning to public finance. He also has prior experience as a CFO of an agtech company and advisor to a Seoul-based audio technology firm. He holds a B.A. in History from UCLA and currently maintains Series 52 and Series 63 licenses
